About the Job
FPT University Da Nang company is seeking a highly motivated and aspiring Product Owner Intern to join our dynamic team. This full-time internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic development and enhancement of an existing product within the dental tourism sector. The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of relevant experience or academic exposure and a strong passion for product management, eager to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our product meets user needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support the Product Owner in defining and communicating product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the dental tourism product.
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in backlog grooming and prioritization sessions, ensuring alignment with overall product goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to identify areas for product improvement and innovation.
- Help prepare and present product updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across all teams regarding product features and progress.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience through academic projects, previous internships, or foundational professional roles related to product development, business analysis, or project coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Requirement
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
- Prior experience or academic projects related to the healthcare, tourism, or e-commerce industries.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and design thinking.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A portfolio demonstrating analytical thinking or problem-solving approaches in past projects.
